Tariffs for 2010

Tariffs are per week for up to 10 people + infants, it is possible to accommodate up to 2 more people using fold up camp beds. For each extra person there is a charge of £50 per week.

Other dates and longer lets are available including christmas and new year please contact us for prices.
You can also pay in euros - using the £ to € exchange rate at the time of booking.

Taxe de Sejour - we are obliged by French law to collect the Taxe de Sejour at the time of your stay.  We expect that for 2011 this will be about 60 cents per night for each person over the age of 13, this amount can be deducted from your damages deposit at the end of your stay, or paid whilst you are here.

The above prices are  inclusive of all gas, water, electricity (  In low season an extra charge may be made for heating ) and includes bed linen and bath/hand towels. Please note we do not supply pool towels, bath towels must not be used in the pool area.

Change over day

Change over day is Saturday. Guests can have access to the house from 4pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the house by 10am on their day of departure.

Cleaning

We do ask all guests to respect the property and leave it in the condition that they found it. We supply all the cleaning materials.
For those that do not want to clean we will arrange for the house to be cleaned for a charge of £50. Please note this does not include washing up and everything should have been put back in its correct place.
We reserve the right to make a charge if the barn has not been left in a suitable condition.

Booking request

Then This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to e-mail the owners. In the e-mail please state the weeks that you would like, your name and contact number, the number of adults in your party and the number of children.

If the dates requested are free I will confirm this and the price. I will then send you a booking form, please print this out, fill in and return to me with your deposit 25%. We prefer that you pay by bank transfer, details will be sent along with your booking form. You can pay by cheque but we have had a few go missing in the post.

The balance is payable 12 weeks before the start of your holiday along with a security deposit of £200, this will be refunded to you not withstanding any damage within 10 days of your departure.
